Experience: Minimum 3-5 years

Qualification: B.Sc. Agriculture & Marathi Language (mandatory); Diploma in Agri Extension or MBA/ABM preferred

Key Responsibilities

Farmer Engagement: Regularly visit farms and villages to advise farmers on crop health, nutrient management, pest/disease control, and best agricultural practices.

Candidate Profile: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in farmer advisory, agri-extension, or field-level support.
