We are seeking enthusiastic and passionate Agri Advisors who will be the bridge between Kisaanstar and the farmer community. This is an onsite office-based role where you will guide farmers through scientific and practical farming methods, recommend the right agricultural products, and help them achieve sustainable and profitable farming practices.
Language Requirement
Fluency in Marathi is mandatory.
As you will be directly communicating with farmers from Maharashtra, the ability to speak and understand Marathi fluently is essential for this role.
Roles & Responsibilities
Provide consultative guidance to farmers based on current and upcoming seasonal needs.
Suggest appropriate organic fertilizers, pesticides, and other agri-inputs based on crop type, soil health, and climatic conditions.
Maintain daily communication with farmers via calls and messages.
Ensure accurate data entry and profile capturing of farmers in the CRM system.
Promote digital adoption by encouraging online payments from customers.
Stay updated with latest agri-trends, crop patterns, and government schemes to advise farmers proactively.
Work collaboratively with the team to create an impact and meet company goals.
Salary: 15,000 – 20,000/month
