Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Marketing Head to lead our marketing team and drive brand growth, market expansion, and sales strategy. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in agricultural products and a passion for promoting sustainable, chemical-free farming solutions.
Key Responsibilities
– Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to achieve company growth and revenue targets.
– Lead, manage, and motivate the sales and marketing team across various regions.
– Plan and execute campaigns to promote NanoVita’s product range (herbal, nano, organic formulations).
– Identify new market opportunities, partnerships, and business development avenues.
– Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to adapt strategies.
– Conduct farmer training programs, product demos, and field visits to build brand trust.
– Coordinate with production, logistics, and R&D teams to ensure timely market supply and feedback integration.
– Manage branding activities including exhibitions, dealer meets, social media, and printed collateral.
– Regular reporting to top management on performance metrics, targets, and forecasts.
Qualification & Skills
– B.Sc. Agri / M.Sc. Agri / MBA in Agri Business or Marketing.
– Minimum 12-18 years of experience in agri-input industry (preferably in herbal/organic/bio inputs).
– Proven experience in managing marketing teams and delivering results.
– Strong communication, leadership, and strategic thinking skills.
– Willingness to travel across regions as needed.
– Fluent in Marathi, Hindi, and English.
