Education: Graduation in any stream / MBA in Operations.
Experience: 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in Agrochemical industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Knowledge in Material Inward and Outward with proper documentation.
- Required system knowledge with making Invoice, GRN, Sales Return with QR scanning process (SAPR3).
- Agriculture department licensing work knowledge.
- Handling Warehouse Expenses.
- Maintaining the warehouse properly and keeping the stock batch wise.
- Ensuring Daily/monthly Stock audit verification is done and ensure maintain zero variance.
- Coordinate with transporters and track the consignment up to customer end.
- Collect the 100% POD from transporters.
- Maintain the records like files and registers.
- Candidates should be local residents

ERP Software Knowledge (SAP R/3) – Especially modules related to:
- Good Receipt Note (GRN)
- Invoice Creation
- Sales return
QR code Scanning & Processing
MS Office Proficiency
Proper Record Keeping – Maintaining files, registers, GRNs, invoices, PODs.
