Education: Graduation in any stream / MBA in Operations.

Experience: 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in Agrochemical industries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Knowledge in Material Inward and Outward with proper documentation.
  • Required system knowledge with making Invoice, GRN, Sales Return with QR scanning process (SAPR3).
  • Agriculture department licensing work knowledge.
  • Handling Warehouse Expenses.
  • Maintaining the warehouse properly and keeping the stock batch wise.
  • Ensuring Daily/monthly Stock audit verification is done and ensure maintain zero variance.
  • Coordinate with transporters and track the consignment up to customer end.
  • Collect the 100% POD from transporters.
  • Maintain the records like files and registers.
  • Candidates should be local residents

Key Skills Required

ERP Software Knowledge (SAP R/3) – Especially modules related to:

  • Good Receipt Note (GRN)
  • Invoice Creation
  • Sales return

QR code Scanning & Processing

MS Office Proficiency

Proper Record Keeping – Maintaining files, registers, GRNs, invoices, PODs.
